- Boarding: Must be cancelled no later that 8:00 am one (1) day prior to scheduled arrival day. If the reservation is cancelled after that time, a $25.00 per dog cancellation fee will be charged.
- Holiday: Cancellations or changes must occur at least 3 days prior to scheduled arrival, otherwise you will be charged a holiday cancellation fee of $50.00. Holidays are: New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards in addition to Travelers Checks and cash. No business checks are accepted.
- Payment is collected at check-out process.

- Our policies, procedures, services and rates may change from time to time. While we will attempt to notify you of these changes, it is ultimately your responsibility to check back on our website regularly that you are aware of our current policies, procedures, services and rates.
